They Got It
Yesterday at The Yarn Room was stuffed with creativity and very good company.
Nic had just completed a Parent and Child knitting session in her usual vibrant style when I arrived and she cleared The Yarn TableTM for me so I could get another couple hooked on the Tunisian crochet.
I think I managed to get another couple of yarnie women hooked on the Tunisian. They most certainly went at it with gusto and completely got It! 
What is it that we get about this technique? I think it’s the weave. The way it lends itself so very well to tweedy yarns and thereby to the Irish fashion sense. I love tweeds, they are so rustic and elegant at the same time.
And now, it’s time to prepare for the Classical Crochet class in Tinahely tomorrow night.
